We are seeking a Senior Federal Contracts Manager to lead complex contract administration activities across multiple DOD and civilian agency programs. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing cost-type, time-and-materials, and firm-fixed-price contracts in excess of $10 million, with deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and a proven track record of successful post-award compliance management.
ICS is looking for a CMMC Compliance Specialist to support our growing portfolio of clients seeking Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification. You will conduct gap assessments, develop System Security Plans (SSPs), and guide organizations through the CMMC assessment process. CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP) or Registered Practitioner Advanced (RPA) certification is preferred.
We are hiring a Defense Logistics Analyst to support Army Sustainment Command supply chain operations. Responsibilities include inventory analysis, requisition management, transportation coordination, and GCSS-Army system data management. Candidates with military logistics MOS backgrounds (92A, 88H, 25U) or equivalent civilian experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
The Federal Procurement Data Analyst will support the ICS Seek platform team by developing procurement market intelligence reports, analyzing USASpending.gov datasets, and building Power BI dashboards for government contracting clients. Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and experience with federal procurement data sources (FPDS-NG, SAM.gov) required.
ICS is seeking an experienced Proposal Development Manager to lead capture and proposal efforts for federal and DOD opportunities ranging from $1M to $100M+. The role requires expertise in Shipley methodology, strong technical writing ability, and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent proposal efforts from solicitation release through submission and debriefing.
